Eva has been practicing holistic bodywork since 2016. After three years of studying Shiatsu with Kawada Sensei in Brussels, she expanded her practice to include oil massage, and sound work. Later she specialized in Cranio Sacral Biodynamics including the teachings of Rosemary Wallace and the Bodyintelligence program Berlin. Having been drawn to meditation and trance for many years, Eva has experience in chi gong, kundalini meditation, vipassana meditation, shamanic drumming, walking Meditation and pranawork. She is guiding meditations and rituals for individuals and groups.
In her sessions, Eva supports the body's letting go of tension, it's centering and healing: A reconnection with the system's natural flow. She invites the emotional and physical expression both into the space and has a focus on the connection between the emotional and the physical body as well as trauma work through the witnessing of our nervous system.
